WORK IS UNDERWAY

We’re excited to announce work is underway to transform Croydon Central into a contemporary and vibrant retail and community hub. Major works will commence in October 2018, with the revitalised centre open and trading in time for Christmas 2019.

We’re working to offer more choice and convenience for our customers, and cement Croydon Central as the local destination for convenient and easy shopping.

The redevelopment will provide the Croydon and greater Maroondah community with an exciting new Market Food Hall designed to offer customers a range of fresh food and dining experiences and a fabulous mix of essential services including a new childcare centre, gym, medical centre, and upgraded children's play area. In addition, 20 luxury terrace homes will be constructed on Toorak Avenue, featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two car garages, alfresco dining and optional personal lifts for each terrace.

The great news is the majority of stores will remain open for business during construction, including your favourites like ALDI, Coles and Priceline Pharmacy.
